The SIM towel rail element is a basic, single electric heating element. SIM has built in protection against overheating and is fitted with a bimetal temperature limiter. Device available in a wide range of power outputs up to 1500W.

Design
The Terma SIM radiator element has a stainless steel housing. It does not have an on/off switch on its housing so it must be controlled externally either by a timer or switched fused spur. A version is available with switch located on the plug.

SIM has an exceptionally high degree of moisture ingress protection and is fitted with a thermal fuse to prevent overheating of the radiator.
